Ezekiel Kemboi Chemboi is a famous Kenyan athlete, who has won 3000 metres steeplechase at the 2004 summer olympics ,the 2009 World Championship and the 2011 summer olympics.
Kemboi who is also a police oficer has been accused of sexual advances it is said he stabbed a woman Anne Njeri.The case has been running since June this year.
In unpredicable circumstances the plaintiff withdrew the the case this week, Kemboi said Njeri did it in her own free will.
On the 26 th Sept 2012 as Mathew Ndanyi reports , The DPP Keriako Tobiko asked for more time to deal with the burning case.
However Kemboi might advance for legal actions against the accuser for the damages he encountered he remarked to suffer legal and financial repercussions.
